Requirements to be Certified as a “Companion Pet”

• In good health
  
• Litter box trained
  
• Sociable around other cats
  
• Will not try to escape
  
• Likes and gives affection
  
• No biting or scratching
  
• Travels well to the vet
  
• Has proven to be adaptable to multiple situations
  
• Behavior has been observed in a Foster home environment

Although we have made our best effort to ensure our Certified Companion Pets are predictable in their behavior, we cannot guarantee that they will accept their new Owner or surroundings.  

We require that cats be returned to us in the event they do not work out (for whatever reason).
